Salesforce Administrator

Hours – Full Time

Location – London (Hybrid)

Salary – Up to £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to continue your Salesforce journey with one of our well-established end user client. The successful applicants will be offered a salary of up to £45,000, including flexible working hours and a great benefits package!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Day to day Administration duties such as user support and administration, trouble shooting, maintaining a ‘clean’ user friendly CRM
  • Implementation of new Salesforce systems and integration of new and existing systems
  • Working directly with stakeholders and team members
  • Enhance the client’s change management process to ensure all changes land smoothly through appropriate testing
  • Help define the roadmap for CRM and shape the overall strategy
  • Ensure all changes are adopted well using clear communications with all of the relevant users

Skills/Experience:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certified
  • Experience in Sales Cloud
  • Experience implementing and integrating substantial system improvements within Salesforce
  • Experience in Salesforce Configuration – Flows or Workflows
  • Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
  • The ability and confidence to work under own initiative
