Job Title: Sales & Service Consultant

Contract Length: 6 Months (Will be extended)

Rate: Negotiable Dependent on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Fully Remote

Requirements:

• Implementation exp. of at least 3 -4 cycles having 5 to 9 years experience.
• Well versed with 9.0 & above.
• Ability to establish solution and implementation of the same
• Should be hand on Data/Field Mapping and Gap Analysis
• Should have implementation experience for Sales & Service module covering CRM, Contract Management, Quotation Management, Call and Case Management, Forecast planning
• Should be able to define standard process with respect to customer existing business process.
• Should have explicit understanding and hands on for Requirement Gathering, AS IS and To Be analysis, UAT and System testing, Gap Analysis and Fixes
• Should be capable of preparing Functional Specification and Test Scripts as per requirement
• Should be Engineering graduate (Mechanical/Industrial Electronic, Electrical stream) as academic background.
• Basic Knowledge of SQL , PL SQL, Dotnet and Java is preferable
• Should be conversant with other cross functional knowledge integrating to module such as SCM, Finance, Mfg, Maintenance etc.
