About the role:

The role of Internal Support Engineer is based within the internal support team. You will be providing technical assistance, troubleshooting desktop/telephone queries and resolving hardware/software incidents. There may also be a requirement for travel to other sites.

The ideal candidate for the role will have/be:

  • Windows Server 2008, 2012 (both R1 & R2) and 2016
  • Windows 7, 8.1 & 10
  • Office 365
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Active Directory, DNS & DHCP experience in a multi-site environment
  • WDS & MDT
  • Understanding of network ports and protocols
  • IP Address management
  • VMware vCenter / vSphere
