An long-standing Microsoft Gold partner, established in the UK for over 20 years are looking for a Dynamics CRM Support Consultant to join their growing support team. The role is fully home based and offering £26,000 as well as covering the costs of Microsoft Certifications with extensive training resource via self-study and mentoring from experienced consultants.
The role will initially focus on troubleshooting and providing support on 1st and some 2nd line issues within Dynamics CRM, predominately for clients within the non for profit sector. You will work hands on with live tickets, allowing you to continue to build your Dynamics knowledge gaining extensive customisation and configuration experience. Additionally you will learn best practice on a high performing support desk, working under and learning from an experienced Head of Support.

The requirements are…
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM/365 CE
- Knowledge of configuration in Dynamics
- Experience troubleshooting 1st line issues in Dynamics CRM
- Comfortable working with external stakeholders
- Strong communication and team working ability
