My Client is a highly dynamic and successful MSP, computer reseller and consultancy providing leading best of breed IT hardware, software, networking and peripheral products who are seeking an enthusiastic 1st and some 2nd Line Support / Help Desk Engineer who has one years plus experience or maybe fresh out of an apprenticeship.

You will have good exposure to Windows, O365, Office Apps, and a mixture of technologies, resolving hardware problems, Printer issues, Remote Access software, call logging software as well as:

  • Office 365 support
  • Office Apps
  • Windows10 Support
  • Device Builds and Desk Moves
  • Basic Network troubleshooting (wired and wireless)

You must have excellent communication skills and be polite/personable. Attention to detail is a must.
