I was approached by an employee at the company to apply for this role. The head of department contacted me shortly called me after speaking with the employee. They explained the role and current required qualities and scheduled a more formal video interview. The interview was straightforward questions were set before the interview and it stuck to that structure with some additional questions after some answers.
