Application to Interview Turnaround
After applying I was emailed a calendly link to schedule in the interview. The interview began with the interviewer barely introducing themselves and being welcoming. Instead they simply just stared through the screen which was uncomfortable.
The questions asked where not really related to the people operations field and were more generic.
I was suprised and utterly shocked that the interviewer asked me "What pisses you off?" after they asked me for my strengths. The interviewer was unprofessional and seemed unprepared.
They asked the '8 weighted/identical ball' question and it was asked incorrectly in a way that made no sense. After answering this question they said my answer was wrong and that their answer was right. They could see that I was not convinced and did not like the fact that their answer was questioned or challenged at this point the interview became more and more uncomfortable.
