Interview Experience
The interview went well and I was able to answer questions confidently. They gave feedback in the interview saying they were impressed with my answers and will get back to me within 7 days with the final result. A week later, I received a call for feedback saying it would have been better if I had a copy of my CV in front of me to refer back to. I was confused with this as all of my experiences were stated clearly during the interview. This alarmed me to think that they had made their choice of who they picked during the interview stage .
