Saw the job advertised and applied. Then got in touch with the hiring manager to arrange a date to interview. Upon arrival the reception staff were friendly and I was welcome well. The interview was pleasant and I felt at ease with answering questions and being briefed. I was then invited to a second stage interview scheduled for two days after and was offered the role.
